NeoNova Technologies is an R&D-driven engineering company founded on years of hands-on embedded systems work. We design and build production-grade firmware, industrial monitoring systems, and AI-assisted software for government, healthcare, and enterprise clients across India and the Middle East.

Our work spans the full product lifecycle — from schematic design and firmware development to cloud deployment and systems integration. We started in 2014 with cloth loom automation controllers in Surat, India, and have since expanded into EV charging, Industry 4.0, hospital BMS, and AI-powered backends.

2014 – 2016

Textile loom automation era. Early embedded firmware for rapier, lappet, jacquard, and bobbin systems in Surat, India. These were our foundation in PIC microcontrollers, Proteus/ISIS design, and real-time industrial control.

Client Lappet System — Lappet/spindle wheel automation controller for cloth looms. PIC-based firmware with production PCB design.
Client Rapier / Simple Rapier — Rapier loom control systems. Multiple firmware iterations for different loom configurations.

Client MainBoard1 / MB3 — Main controller boards for loom systems. Centralized I/O with EEPROM logging and keypad input.
Client Bobbin / Changer — Bobbin winding machine and automatic bobbin changer controllers for continuous weaving.
Client Loom Control — Integrated loom main control board with start/stop logic, safety interlocks, and production counting.
Client Color-Selector — Color selection controller for multi-color weaving. Proteus-designed PCB with relay switching.
Client Hall Effect Board / Sol Board — Sensor and solenoid driver boards for position sensing and pneumatic actuation on looms.
Client Lock System / Lock System 2 — GSM-based smart lock and access control for textile workshops. SMS unlock with PIC + SIM900.
Client Stopper / LoomStopper — Automatic loom shutdown controller triggered by thread breaks or fault conditions.
Client Feeder — Loom feeder controller. ATmega328-based design for yarn tension and feed rate management.
Client Ara — Home / MQTT / NTPBoard — Early home automation experiments: WiFi relay boards, MQTT sensors, and NTP-synchronized timers.
Client SideWritter — Serial-side writer firmware utility for loom controller programming and EEPROM data writes.
Client Wiz — Embedded firmware project with charge ID tracking, IP configuration, and visualization interface for industrial monitoring.

2017 – 2019

Expansion into industrial controls, IoT platforms, and broader automation. First Arduino and ESP32 projects. Transition from PIC to ARM and WiFi-connected devices.
